The Lee Company's new Zero Leak Solenoid Valve extends the sealing performance of the field proven pilot­ing solenoid valves. The valve seat incorporates a polymer seal to achieve zero leakage. In addition, the MultiSeal radically simplifies port layout, offers significant space savings, reduced machining costs and higher reliability than traditional sealing methods. Weighing just 0.25 pounds, the Zero Leak Solenoid Valve is a single coil design that is offered in both normally closed and normally open configura­tions and with lead wires exiting either end of the valve. The solenoid coil has been optimized to ensure positive pull-in while consuming just 7.8 Watts at 28 Vdc.

High Pressure 375 Pilot Operated Check Valve

The Lee Company’s new High Pressure 375 Pilot Operated Chek is the latest addition to Lee’s line of miniature check valves. This valve acts like a normal check valve until pressure is applied to the pilot port, which then allows flow in the direction that would normally be blocked. This new valve is ideal for high pressure hydraulic applications with system pressures up to 5,000 psi. The maximum restriction when piloted open is only 110 Lohms.

The High Pressure 375 Pilot Operated Chek is available in forward and reverse free flow configurations, and the metal components are constructed entirely of stainless steel for durability and long life. Nominal weight is just 20 grams. Each Chek is 100% tested and inspected to ensure reliable, consistent performance.

The Lee Company now offers a complete line of flange mount, HI-BAR® Safety Screens made entirely of brass, per ASTM B16/B16M. These screens combine a high strength design with a material that has a high resistance to ignition and combustion, as well as excellent corrosion resistance. Depending on size, their robust, single piece construction enables these screens to withstand fully clogged pressure differ­entials of 1,000 psid to 4,500 psid without rupture.

Since brass is less likely to ignite or burn than aluminium or stainless steel, it is gen­erally considered a superior material for use in oxygen applications. Due to its low propensity for sparking, it is also well suited for use in explosive gas environments.

Manufactured from 304L stainless steel, the boss mount strainers feature a robust design with a single piece screen element that can withstand differential pressures up to 500 psid without rupture. In addition, the corrugated screen design provides maximum open area for increased dirt holding capacity.

Lee Boss Mount Strainers are available in 6 different thread sizes ranging from 0.750” to 1.875”. They are ideal for lubrication systems or any other systems requiring coarse filtration.

LFY2 Inert Solenoid Valve

The LFY2 Inert Solenoid Valve is the latest addition to Lee’s field proven Y-Valve product line. This 3-way inert, zero dead volume solenoid valve features a unique “Y” internal flow design that reduces the internal volume to 12 microliters (total).

The electrical interface of the new LFY2 Inert Solenoid Valve provides secondary connector retention and is compatible with standard AMP connectors. The valve is available in 12 and 24 vdc operating voltages, and with either 062 MINSTAC or standard ¼-28 Flat Bottom fluid connections.
